The Silent Auction, part of the Santa Cruz Chocolate Festival, is an excellent way for individuals or businesses to contribute to the Women’s Club scholarship fund and advertise a business at the same time! The Chocolate Festival has grown increasingly popular; over 2,000 people attended last year’s event.

Making a donation of a tangible gift or service is easy and makes this family friendly festival even more fun and exciting!

The UCSC Women’s Club is a non-profit organization, focusing on raising scholarship funds for re-entry students. During the past 30 years, the UCSC Women’s Club has awarded over $200,000 in scholarships to deserving students who are returning to college. To date, proceeds from the Chocolate Festival have exceeded $60,000. With state budget cuts and tuition increases, you can understand how important this fundraiser is as it impacts educational opportunities.

Thank you for your support of scholarships for UCSC re-entry students!

Sincerely,

Claudia Parrish
